I am extremely pleased to be joining Fife Women’s Aid, in my first trustee position. My previous volunteer positions have been with animal charities, which was rewarding and fun, but this is certainly a move much closer aligned to my personal values.
My studies in Psychology and Sociology first drew me into the health sector where I researched and co-wrote publications on Drug Related Deaths in Scotland. A few years later and my career took a turn into software and coaching. I am now self-employed, coaching, educating, and mentoring individuals and teams to understand and implement agile frameworks. The purpose is to improve business practices, cause the removal of impediments and waste, and to satisfy customer and user service needs and expectations.
In my spare time I am a qualified and practicing Transformational Life Coach for individuals and community groups.
I live in Dalgety Bay with my partner and 2-year-old dog Havana.
