Every adult should have a Power of Attorney in place. This lets someone you trust look after you and your affairs if you are not able to do so. Without a Power of Attorney your family might need to go to court to apply for Guardianship which is expensive and takes a long time.
Fife Women’s Aid has partnered with McClure Solicitors to offer its supporters a reduced cost Power of Attorney service. McClure will prepare your Power of Attorney for just £199 instead of the usual £360. They will also make a £30 donation to Fife Women’s Aid.
Fife Women’s Aid would like to encourage all its supporters who don’t already have a Power of Attorney to take up this generous offer. In doing so, you can put protection for your family and at the same time you can support the valuable work of Fife Women’s Aid.
