Kirsty is a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse with NHS Fife and has over 17 years’ experience working within healthcare. Throughout her career she has specialised in safeguarding, public health and supporting children, young people and families, working collaboratively across agencies to improve outcomes for some of the most vulnerable people in our communities.
Passionate about reducing inequalities and ensuring people feel safe, heard and empowered, Kirsty is committed to supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse. She brings both professional expertise and personal insight to the Board and is proud to contribute to an organisation that makes such a meaningful difference across Fife.
Outside of work, Kirsty is a proud mum of three who enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with family and friends. she is delighted to join Fife Women’s Aid as a trustee and looks forward to supporting its vital work with women, children and young people across Fife.
