Laura is Chief People Officer at an InsurTech company and brings over 20 years of experience in human resources and people leadership. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and supporting individuals to thrive.
Alongside her professional experience, Laura has volunteered as a befriender to a young person and has experience providing respite foster care, reflecting her long-standing commitment to supporting children and families.
Living in Fife with her husband and their much-loved dog, Ruby, Laura is delighted to join Fife Women’s Aid as a trustee and contribute to its vital work supporting women, children and young people across Fife.
