I am delighted to have been welcomed onto the board of Trustees as of January 2024.

Currently, I am pursuing a BSc in Paramedic Science at Queen Margaret University, where I aim to graduate next year. After working in business-to-business sales for almost 10 years, mainly with Fife Creamery in my hometown of Kirkcaldy, I decided to switch careers following the pandemic. My professional journey began with a local charity, but I discovered a stronger passion for volunteering in the third sector as a new student. I currently volunteer with St John Scotland, teaching CPR across Fife, and with Street Assist, helping those at risk in the City Centre during Edinburgh’s night-time economy hours, where I developed a keen interest in safeguarding vulnerable women. Fife Women’s Aid have given me the exciting opportunity to contribute as a Trustee on the board, working with like-minded women who share the same passion, while learning from their vast and diverse experience.

At home, I live with my fiancé and our young son Finlay, who spends most of his time saving the world as a superhero! I am at my happiest in the Highlands, surrounded by mountains or near a loch, and I enjoy anything outdoors!
