I live near Dunfermline and has been involved with Fife Women’s Aid for over 22 years.
Currently enjoying “semi-retirement” I have been a Trustee with FWA since 2014 and also keep busy by renovating properties and doing self-employed consultancy work with various charitable organisations.

I was employed by Dunfermline Women’s Aid and Fife Women’s Aid from 1992 until 2014, initially as a collective worker and then as manager.

Prior to this I studied for a Psychology degree at Edinburgh University and was employed as a Training Co-ordinator, a FE College Lecturer and a Service Manager for Women and Girls Development Projects.

I supported Fife Women’s Aid through many changes including times of significant growth and development, the movement from a Collective to Ltd Company status and the merger of Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy and East Fife Women’s Aid to form Fife Women’s Aid. I have experience in both front line and management roles and a particular interest in funding, partnership working and service development work.
